Pantheon sent two movers who arrived on time and were professional and personable. They moved our piano and big heavy recliner sofa with care and efficiency. I recommend this company without reservation.

We are seniors and one has a disability. We paid to have everything packed for us. 50% things made it fine but Our other 50% were not treated carefully. Chord to golf cart charger taken off and wrapped around chain saw. Damaging it so it won’t hold a charge. When they were putting our 65 inch tv back together worker admitted he threw screws away. So tv couldn’t be stood up on stand. Adjustable bed for disability, the worker did not keep the mattress brace with the bed. Lost somehow? Company fell back on the we replace only 60 cents per weight of item. Sent me screws that don’t fit tv so won’t stand . Didn’t replace damaged chord. Lied and said they couldn’t replace it as it was no longer sold. They then sent a tiny charger that will not work safely with ezgo cart. When I said I had talked to golf cart shop and they advised not to use the charger they sent. They told me I was just choosing not to use it. They wouldn’t return calls. They continued to only communicate thru texts. I have decided it’s not worth my health to continue to try to fix issues of companies negligence. So I just stopped responding to their texts. I asked to talk civilly on phone but they won’t. So I’m done. And I am sure they knew they would wear me down. Seniors beware.

We were so pleased with Pantheon moving. Their staff, from the first call on, were helpful with our last minute move. The owner of the Pantheon was a great communicator and kept us posted throughout the move.Between Andrew and his right hand men, Ebele and Neiko they all worked together as a cohesive team. Highly, highly recommend them.!

Jasmine was excellent. I have been looking for movers for weeks, and I almost signed with another company but they failed to keep an appt. so back to Google I went. First 2 calls to movers went to voicemail. When I called Pantheon I actually got a person, not a recording or vm. Jasmine was very helpful and professional. I was given honest information. She sent an employee out to see exactly what is being moved so that there are no surprises. No price compares to good customer service. Kudos to Pantheon and Jasmine! Also THE MOVERS-Christian, Carlos n D were absolutely excellent, efficient and the BEST!! I will refer Pantheon to everyone!

No move is perfect. I had a complicated move including a safe and an extra stop to switch out some furniture, as well as a separate construction day and junk removal.Everyone was professional and when there was a hiccup, they identified it and bright it forward right away and also did their best to make a good solution.Shout out to Christian and Andy for experienced leadership of different aspects.

Absolutely amazing! They are super friendly and they made quick work of my apartment. From start to finish this company is the best. The phone call to start was easy. They don’t over charge and even offer services to throw away furniture. The movers took great care of my furniture. They wrapped it up and even helped me tap my boxes. Super friendly and very hard workers. What would have taken me all day only took them a couple of hours. I am so glad I went with this company!

2026 update! : this was my second time using pantheon moving and I am just as happy as I was the first time. They are so friendly/polite, they take a genuine interest in using the highest care for your belongings, they are extremely efficient and have the best communication skills. I hired them for moving labor only, which was by the hour. The guys were on time and friendly. They worked non-stop the whole time. The were very careful and respectful with my belongings. I would recommend and use them again.

We hired Pantheon Moving for our relocation from Independence to Lee’s Summit, Missouri, on June 28, 2025. I had met the owner, Andrew, at a local event and got a reasonable quote, so we decided to go with them.On moving day, three crew members arrived. Unfortunately, one appeared inexperienced and walked off the job mid-move while his coworkers were calling for him. More concerning was the significant damage to several items, most notably our washing machine, which was damaged beyond repair during transport.Andrew came out the same day to inspect the damage, and we agreed to a $150 discount at that time. However, once we hooked up the washer in our new home, it leaked badly from the back — an issue clearly caused by the move itself, not installation. I emailed Andrew about this additional damage on June 29, 2025, but received no response until July 24, 2025 (nearly a month later).While the initial pricing was fair and Andrew was responsive in person on moving day, the crew issues, substantial damage, and delayed follow-up on the claim left us disappointed and out of pocket for a major appliance. This was ultimately not resolved to my satisfaction or in a timely manner. We would not recommend Pantheon Moving.Note for potential customers: Their Bill of Lading includes a clause (Section 7) encouraging customers to resolve issues privately before posting public reviews. I attempted to do so via email but experienced a long delay.

I recently hired pantheon for my move, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with their service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.Professionalism: The team arrived on time and was incredibly professional. They took the time to explain the moving process and answered all my questions with patience.Efficiency: The crew Garrison, Felipe, Carlos, Alex, Mj, Mike, Jj, and Christian worked quickly but carefully, ensuring that all my belongings were packed securely. They handled everything with great care, from my delicate glassware to my bulky furniture. Pantheon removed our furniture from house to garage and basement. When our construction was done they came back and moved everything back. The crews of JJ and Garrison 1st half and Joe and Carlos 2nd half were respectful, careful with everything and got the job done quickly. I would recommend them anytime.

From the initial call to completion of our move, Pantheon staff were uniquely professional throughout our experience. Communication was exceptional, from emails to texts to always having access to staff on the phone. Pantheon was transparent about their fees, which were very competitive, and we had no surprises with hidden/unexpected costs. The moving team individually introduced themselves to my family and me, and despite a very challenging physical move, they were always available and knowledgeable in respect to our questions/comments. The work ethic of the moving team....Terrance, Carlos, MJ and later back ups Marcos and Garrison....was a standout quality of Pantheon. My family will certainly have Pantheon top of mind for any future moves.

Reply: I am referring to the correct company. It was the weekend rate.Original post: I wasnt that happy with the service. They were nice but if I’m paying $4 a minute, I expect two professionals. One of the two was 18 and seemed very new to the profession, often standing around waiting for direction. I didn’t appreciate that they were on their phones a lot too, texting and having long phone calls. Again, nice guys but please don’t expect me to pay you $4 a minute while your taking 20 minute phone calls.

The team was responsive, responsible, careful with our items, and made the process of moving out of our house of 20 years almost … fun. They packed the items, were kind and courteous, and did not take a break allll day. As happens in a move that size, two (unsentimental) items were bumped. Unlike so many moving companies, they immediately brought it to our attention took responsibility and ensured it was resolved to our satisfaction. We had a pleasant experience and have already used them again for a smaller moving and junk removal projects.

We needed to move an estate from a storage unit to an auction barn. Christian and his crew arrived right when promised and immediately proceeded to prepare to load the truck. They showed such respect for our property. They blanket wrapped the delicate items and shrink wrapped the other items. They were all work and never took a break. The most professional movers that we have ever dealt with. If the need arises, I'll use them again.

The people I dealt with from the beginning phone call to the subsequent phone calls, to the movers themselves were friendly, kind and more than willing to accommodate any and all issues I had. I am on my own and use a cane most of the time. As quite often happens when moving, I was on a time table. I was moving from my home of forty years, and I have had very little experience with the whole process of moving. Pantheon, and especially the movers themselves went over and above to take the stress an anxiety of the whole process of moving off me. They truly made me feel like it was all going to be fine (ie... We got you Miss Jenny). Considering all the circumstances and all that needed to be done, they succeeded in making me feel like it was so much easier than I know it actually was. THANK YOU PANTHEON, AND ESPECIALLY THOSE GRACIOUS AND WONDERFUL HUMORED MOVERS!

Pantheon helped us with two moves for an estate sale. The first weekend we moved a pool table. The workers took extra care to take it apart, move it to a new home and reassemble and balance it. It was not an easy task and they handled it with care and professionalism. The next weekend they moved some antique furniture to two different homes. The antiques were precious to us and Pantheon treated it as such. We were very pleased with their service and recommend their services highly!

I HIGHLY recommend Pantheon for your moving experience. They were prompt and efficient. I was SO stressed out about hiring someone unknown to me. They were higher than the other quotes who kept harassing me to make a quick decision and wanted "money down" to book my move. You pay when your things arrive. They sent someone to personally come and look at what the move would consist of. No high pressure, no money up front.

I just had a couple of large liberty safes moved from the garage down to the basement by Pantheon Gun Safe Movers. Christian, Jo and Ebele proved to be the "A team" of safe movers doing an excellent job working there magic. I highly recommend these guys for and heavy moving. My 1st experience with movers and at 1st I was disappointed, but my goodness they didn't give me false hope or make me feel like it was my fault. They rectified the problem IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Andrew and Garrison were awesome and fixed the problem in less than an hour and I'm forever grateful for them. I know everyone isn't perfect but at least they apologized SINCERELY and fixed it and for that, I must amend my rating!!!!!!!!!!!

had a very disappointing experience with this moving company.Everything was fully packed and ready when the movers arrived. One of the movers was professional and efficient, but the other young mover appeared completely unprepared for the job. He seemed disoriented, strongly smelled of marijuana, and was the one repeatedly asking what should and should not be moved.We clearly explained that certain items were not included in the estimate and should not be moved. Despite this, those items were moved anyway, which later resulted in additional charges. The overall pace of the move was extremely slow and inefficient, significantly increasing the final cost.I contacted the office during the move, but unfortunately nothing was resolved in the moment.I previously used this company for a long-distance move from Seattle to Kansas City and had a much better experience. This time, however, the quality and professionalism were completely different.I believe proper training, supervision, and professionalism are critical in this industry. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.Based on this move, I cannot recommend the company.Answer to the review answer:the person who was moving has used you several times exactly moving same things. Check the records. I just paid for it this time.Your team lied to you, the smell was from your employee, not from the neighbour.They moved bunch of things we didn’t ask them because the kid couldn’t remember what meeds to be moved and what’s notThey very extremely slow but on purpose!!!! I don’t care about money but I care when people literally take advantage and are slow on purpose and that’s exactly what was happening!

Pantheon helped us move a Pool Table across state. They arrived on time. Took down the pool table very carefully making sure to wrap every piece. They moved the table across the state and put it back together just as carefully at the new location. The cost was not much more than what other companies were going to charge just to take the table apart.On top of all the above, they were very easy to work with getting the move scheduled and they were very pleasant individuals to talk to while they worked.

The task was quite difficult given the stairs and all the furniture. None of the furniture was scratched all in perfect condition and removed other furniture that was meant for the trash. They truly went above and beyond!Would highly recommend.

I’m in property management and usually hear pretty negative things about moving experiences and companies but this company has absolutely fixed my faith in movers. They were on time, very friendly, and respectful. I was helping my friend move and quite honestly this was the best/quickest I have experienced. Will definitely be recommending them. 100/10
